Quarterly Update: A Glance

This quarter has been an action-packed one, with milestones achieved, new features rolled out, and a firm commitment to our investor community. Here's a closer look at what we've accomplished.

Properties and Dividends

  • We celebrated surpassing $1,000,000 in total dividends since our inception, a monumental achievement and a testament to our strong community of real estate investors.
  • 11 properties successfully concluded their IPO, moving seamlessly to the secondary market. This is yet another step in our commitment to ensuring liquidity in the real estate market.
  • The Landa market that stood out this quarter was New York, boasting a perfect quarterly rent collection record at 100%.

Lend Highlights

  • Lend has been on a roll, raising an impressive $650,000 from a pool of more than 1,250 investors.
  • The average investment in Lend currently stands at $400.
  • This quarter, Lend rolled out 3 new mortgages:
    • 157 Wells with a principal balance of $132,972.
    • 8658 Ashley Way with a principal balance of $114,545.
    • 773 Villa Way with a principal balance of $71,906.

Product Features Update

  • We introduced the Financing Breakdown section within Cash and Financing. This addition allows for a more detailed view of the debt composition on a property-by-property basis.
  • Our Portfolio page now offers a comprehensive breakdown of your dividend history, making it easier than ever to track your returns.
  • We're thrilled to announce the addition of an education center to our home feed. This ensures that insights into the real estate world are always just a click away.
  • Last but certainly not least, the introduction of the first phase of recurring deposits is bound to boost compound growth for our investors.

All Shares will be issued in electronic form only and will not be listed or quoted on any securities exchange. After a Series’ offering has concluded, we expect that the Public Private Execution Network Alternative Trading System, or PPEX ATS (the “Secondary Trading Platform”), which is registered with the SEC and operated by North Capital Private Securities Corporation (“North Capital”), will be the only venue available for the resale of Shares.
