How to apply to be a resident
Interested in one of our properties? Here are the general requirements for our applications:
- Credit Score of 600+
- Earn 3x the rent (pre-tax monthly income)
- Verifiable income and rental background
All applications are completed on Zillow. If you apply via Zillow or StreetEasy, there is no additional application fee.
We accept pets 🐶, and they even have their own pet deposit.
We offer self-guided tours 7 days a week from 8 am to 7 pm. To schedule a tour, please complete the account setup via our residents app.
