Why did my rent increase?
We hear you. This news can totally be a bummer. Our leasing rates are set by our system and are based on the market value of the property. If you need to talk about the rent increase, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service on the app. They can help provide more clarity or speak to the Property Manager when needed. Customer Service reps can also help answer any questions you have about move out, or help look for other properties with us more in your price range if you decide to go in that direction.

All Shares will be issued in electronic form only and will not be listed or quoted on any securities exchange. After a Series’ offering has concluded, we expect that the Public Private Execution Network Alternative Trading System, or PPEX ATS (the “Secondary Trading Platform”), which is registered with the SEC and operated by North Capital Private Securities Corporation (“North Capital”), will be the only venue available for the resale of Shares.
