Can I have my security deposit early?
Security deposits can't be returned early. This is because after you move out, the maintenance team needs to go to the property and do an inspection. This is just to make sure everything is ok and to assess what repairs, if any, need to be done before someone else moves in. The team will send you a message after the inspection is done letting you know about your security deposit. If there are many repairs needed, some or all of your deposit may be applied to fix those repairs. The message will explain what's the deal and why.

All Shares will be issued in electronic form only and will not be listed or quoted on any securities exchange. After a Series’ offering has concluded, we expect that the Public Private Execution Network Alternative Trading System, or PPEX ATS (the “Secondary Trading Platform”), which is registered with the SEC and operated by North Capital Private Securities Corporation (“North Capital”), will be the only venue available for the resale of Shares.
