Account Management for Deceased Investors

In the unfortunate event of a investor's passing, we understand the importance of managing their account with care and respect. Below are the steps and required documents to gain access to a deceased individual's account on Landa.

Required Documents

  1. Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration
  2. Certificate of Death (certified copy)

Steps to Gain Access

  1. Gather Required Documents
    • Ensure you have the necessary legal documents: Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration, and a certified copy of the Certificate of Death.
  2. Submit Documents for Verification
    • Send the required documents to our support team for verification. You can submit these via email to our Customer Service Representatives at hi@landa.app.
  3. Access the Account
    • Once the documents are verified, the appointed administrator will gain access to the deceased individual's account to take the necessary actions.
