How do I renew my lease?
We try to keep things as simple as possible for you here. If eligible for renewal, you should get an email that has all the info you'll need to make a decision. Renewal emails typically come in 90 days before your lease ends. If you decide to renew, you should be able to do that right on the Resident App.
