Do I have to pay another security deposit?
This depends on whether or not you have already paid one. If you paid a security deposit on your previous lease, then nope. You shouldn't have to pay another. If this is the case and you're seeing a charge for a security deposit, please reach out to our Customer Service team on the app. We'll be able to help you get that sorted out. If you haven't paid one previously, you will be asked to pay a security deposit upon signing the renewal.

All Shares will be issued in electronic form only and will not be listed or quoted on any securities exchange. After a Series’ offering has concluded, we expect that the Public Private Execution Network Alternative Trading System, or PPEX ATS (the “Secondary Trading Platform”), which is registered with the SEC and operated by North Capital Private Securities Corporation (“North Capital”), will be the only venue available for the resale of Shares.
